Operator and contact

UDDIN TAMIM operates under the Cogvexa brand as an individual based in Nanjing, China. Cogvexa Studio is the website development service division. Email hello@cogvexa.com.

Information and purpose

We use information you voluntarily include in email to evaluate and respond to your request, discuss potential work and manage an agreed project. The website inquiry form is disabled and does not submit or save inquiry details. Emailing us does not automatically add you to a marketing list.

Do not submit payment credentials, passwords, confidential designs, building access information or sensitive personal data. Payments, if agreed, are handled separately through an authorized invoice process.

Email and form delivery

Direct email is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to the operator’s Gmail mailbox. No website inquiry delivery or submission confirmation is available while the form is disabled. Application code does not keep an inquiry database. Email providers may retain messages and delivery records.

Security, hosting and third parties

Cloudflare and our email providers may process IP addresses, ordinary access/security logs and email information as needed to provide their services. These providers may process information outside your country. No advertising tracker is installed by this application. Provider processing and retention also depend on their policies and the operator’s account settings.

Retention and choices

For initial inquiries that do not become ongoing work, our policy is to delete the inquiry from operator-controlled mailboxes within 90 days after the last substantive contact, subject to an applicable obligation to retain it. The operator must apply this policy; the website does not automatically delete provider or mailbox records.

Project, invoice and contractual records may need to be retained for the agreed work and applicable obligations. Ask for access, correction or deletion at the contact address above. We assess requests against the records we control and any applicable requirements. You can choose direct email instead of the form, or choose not to submit information.
